taqat turns public hiring data and professional profiles into a clear, dated
picture of Emirati talent: supply, demand, and the gap between
them. Built for employers, government, and licensed recruiters.
We sell the intelligence; you make the decision.
Independent by design. taqat is a pure intelligence firm, not a
recruitment, staffing, or mediation agency, so there's no placement to push and
no per-hire fee to chase. Our only incentive is the clearest, most honest read of
the market: you and your licensed recruiters do the hiring, and we make it a
better-informed decision.
The opportunity
Emiratisation made it an information problem
If you have national targets to hit, the hard part isn't knowing you must hire; it's knowing where the talent is.
Targets with real weight
Unfilled national seats carry financial consequences that repeat until they're filled. The cost of not knowing compounds.
Supply is the bottleneck
Demand is visible in public postings. The real constraint is finding where qualified Emirati talent actually exists, and at what cost.
Free tools don't map the market
National jobseeker registries show people who opt in. They don't map passive talent, or give you competitive and market intelligence.
How it works
Three steps to a clear answer
We assemble the intelligence. You make the call.
Step 1
Tell us the question
A role to map, a market to size, or a gap to understand
A short brief is enough to start
We agree scope, format, and a fixed fee
Step 2
We assemble the intelligence
We read public hiring data and professional profiles
We map demand against Emirati supply
Everything carries honest confidence ranges
Step 3
You get a dated deliverable
A report or dashboard (aggregate, no named individuals)
Or, for licensed recruiters, a research extract
You verify and decide; we don't contact anyone
Most engagements start with one question and grow from there.
We serve whoever needs to understand Emirati talent, each with a deliverable shaped for them.
Employers
A workforce-planning report. Where the Emirati supply for your mandated roles sits, what it costs, and whether your target is realistic.
Government & semi-government
An aggregate market-intelligence study. Demand signal, supply estimates with confidence ranges, and sector and region gap analysis. No named individuals.
Licensed recruiters
A research longlist for a hard-to-fill role, delivered as unverified public-profile leads. You hold the licence; you verify, contact, and place.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Do you place or contact candidates?
No. taqat is a data & intelligence firm, not a recruitment, staffing, or mediation agency. We deliver market intelligence and research; employers and licensed recruiters verify, contact, and hire.
What do you actually deliver?
For employers and government: dated reports and dashboards on Emirati supply, demand, and gaps, with no named individuals. For licensed recruiters: a research extract to support their own search. Every deliverable is a point-in-time snapshot, dated “accurate as of.”
Who do you work with?
Employers with national targets, government and semi-government bodies, and licensed recruiters and HR consultancies. Named research is shared with licensed recruiters only; everyone else receives aggregate intelligence.
How do you handle data and privacy?
We work to a purpose-limited, minimal-retention standard: aggregate deliverables carry no named individuals, named research goes to licensed recruiters only, and we don't sell contact details or keep a standing profile database. We'll confirm the specifics with you before any engagement.
What does it cost?
A fixed project fee, scoped per engagement. No contingency, no per-hire fees, no subscriptions. We'll walk you through the number on a quick call.
How current is the data?
Every deliverable is dated and accurate as of that date. A refresh is a new, separate project, so the data is as current as the engagement you commission.
Which locations do you cover?
UAE-wide, with depth depending on the sector and role. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you how we can help.
